Our organic chestnuts are grown and harvested in our chestnut groves, selected and packaged on our farm, ready for tasting.
In pastry making, they are prized for making marron-glaces and flours. Particularly flavorful, once cooked, chestnuts are best paired with red wines, preferably young or novello, fruity ones.
