The wide range of spreads that we can propose is really rich: artichokes, hot peppers, pumpkin, olives, mushrooms, different tastes of spreads produced with extra virgin olive oil, hand-craft according to traditional techniques that keep their tastes intact over time. The spreads are an excellent condiment on tarts, bruschetta (toasted bread), cold dishes, meats, cheeses, and as pasta sauce. Ready to be used, they can be served concentrate or diluted with extra virgin olive oil, cook cream according to taste. Very easy to cook as a sauce, simply heat them in a saucepan, diluting with the desired product and using them directly on the food. Glass jar available 90gr and 210gr

A spread with a decided, intense and enveloping taste. Ideal for simple, quick but tasty recipes. To be used directly as a base for bruschette, bread croutons or with sandwich. When used as sauce for pasta or with meat, always add it at the end of cooking to avoid that is heating too much.
