EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The care, the passion and clever experience passed down by more than four generations confirm the absolute quality of the olive oil produced and marketed by the company.The harvest coming from our olive groves and those made available by other local producers makes it possible to obtain an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality and there are numerous certificate of esteem and awards which, over time, are received by compatriots, customers, companies and institutions.
Every year, to guarantee authenticity, before the beginning of the seasoning squeezing activity, the oil mill grinds a minimum quantity of olives that allows the lubrication and cleaning of the ducts by eliminating any kind of impurities, powders or other, however, at the end of each season we proceed to an accurate cleaning of the plant. This first oil is obviously disposed of and not used for food use.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL “GREZZO”
In addition to the extra virgin olive oil filtered, we also produce a type of extra virgin olive oil “grezzo” so called because it is not filtered, obtained from olives cultivated and pressed in Italy, bottled as well as leaving the mill to leave unchanged all the characteristics of freshly milled oils. Particularly suitable for those who like to exalt the flavour of the food with the fruity and decisive notes of the oil.
